We’re excited to share with another edition of our "Natural State Series," highlighting the unique backgrounds of owners in our community. This month, meet Arin Houck, a software engineer whose Tune M1 has become both a workspace and a gateway to adventure.
Arin’s journey began in Oklahoma and discovered his passions for software and creation early, writing his first computer program at just 10 years old. Now based in Arizona, he works remotely in software development, finding fulfillment in shaping ideas into finalized products.
Remote work and his Tune M1 allow Arin to enjoy extended trips instead of being limited to weekends. With his trusty Starlink and impressive interior build out, Arin’s Tune M1 serves as a mobile office, giving him the flexibility to explore longer while balancing work and outdoor activities.
From hiking and mountain biking to exploring new places, Arin values the time and space to connect with nature. His loyal border collie mix, Star, is always by his side, joining him on his adventures.
This winter, Arin is preparing for a long-awaited trip to Alaska by building out his M1’s interior even further. He’s stoked about his improvements to the cooking space and organizing storage. A tinkerer at heart, he’s also making the most of the camper’s t-track with 3D-printed hooks and gadgets to make his setup more functional.
We’re proud to have Arin as part of the Tune Outdoor family and look forward to seeing photos of his updated build, Alaska trip, and future endeavors.
Thinking about your next adventure? The Tune M1 is designed to meet you where you are—and take you further.
