Both cab access window options allow for easy access to gear between your camper and truck cab, plus the use of your rearview mirror if the rear awning panel is upgraded to tempered glass.
Unique to Tune, the larger the truck bed, the larger the side awning doors. The side and rear doors open with gas struts, providing all-directional truck bed access.
Each side awning door is lockable from the outside of the camper. The rear-access awning door can be locked from inside or outside of the Tune.
Both types of awning panels, glass and aluminum, work with the same hurricane hinge that allows for easy replacement with two sets of hands.

Our pop-up camper canopies are designed to handle harsh, high desert UV rays as well as torrential downpours. They have full seam-taped polyester with clean connections to the aluminum frame for four-season usability.
Our canopies feature six 17” x 36” windows for 360 degrees of panoramic views. There are two on each side and one on each end with sewn-in bug screens and zip-up fabric panels.
Tune pop-up truck campers are built to be used in all four seasons. We offer a propane heating system and a removable insulation pack to keep you warm in the winter.
The Truma Varioheat Eco Heater provides quick and easy propane heat for your Tune camper. The compact, lightweight system mounts to the driver's side bulkhead of your vehicle and supports winter-based excursions up to 11,000 feet in elevation. Plus, the Truma Heater thermostat makes it easy to precisely set a temperature and timing. This allows for a lower temperature to be kept while you are out, easily heating the space quickly when you return.
Additional specs can be found here.
Please note: The Truma Heater is mounted in the front left (driver-side bulkhead) of the Tune camper. We do not support alternative heater placements or ports for other heating systems.
Add reliable power to your Tune Outdoor truck bed camper with the Pecron E1500LFP. This battery has a relevant load capacity of 2200 watts and is fast-charging.
For typical camping use, including fan, heater, lighting, and charging personal devices, the Pecron E1500LFP can last up to 4 days when power is managed efficiently. For more detailed power draw specifications, visit Pecron's website.
Our MaxxAir Roof Vents disperse the air in your camper and keep it circulating. This helps prevent condensation buildup and ventilates your camper. If you plan to run a heater or cook inside, a fan is critical for safety and odor management. These fans can also be opened and operated during a rainstorm with no fear of getting wet, and some models can be left on while your truck is in motion.
FRP (Fiber-reinforced polypropylene) panels make our truck campers' durable roofs and sleeping platforms. Their honeycomb, fiberglass design ensures they’re strong enough to withstand hail, insulate the roof, and hold up to 500 lbs when the Tune is closed.

Shore Power allows you to run AC power to your camper through the passenger side bulkhead while the camper remains closed and locked. This upgrade is perfect for charging your battery at home or in a campground. It can be used to directly power high-demand appliances like hot plates, espresso makers, and space heaters at campgrounds. Shore Power can be convenient in a pinch or when you want to use more power.
Our flexible ETFE solar panels fit the Tune M1 roof cleanly, connecting via standard MC4 and Anderson PowerPole connectors through our Solar Port (located on the back passenger corner of your Tune) to your power source. Built to withstand tough conditions, these panels offer durability and nearly double the lifespan of many commodity panels in the marketplace.
Please note: We offer 220-watt panels for mid-size trucks and 265-watt panels for full size trucks. These panels maximize the usable roof space while avoiding shade from a roof vent. Solar panels are not currently compatible with the Tune M1L.
The Tune M1 comes standard with an approximate Queen Bed and East-West sleeping over the cab of your truck.
The Tune M1L comes standard with a Queen Bed and North-South sleeping. A bed extension comes standard in all M1Ls and will need to be extended to set up your sleeping platform.
