This Privacy Policy applies to the Website, www.tuneoutdoor.com, and any videos, blog posts, or other information or services accessed through the Website or communications with Tune Outdoor, and any other interactions you may have with Tune Outdoor. Tune Outdoor collects information about you when you access or interact with the Website, submit information through any Website forms, place an order or deposit, or otherwise transmit information to us. The information Tune Outdoor collects includes:

No Information From Children Under Age 18. The Website is not directed to children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 18, we will promptly delete that information.   • If you place a deposit and/or an order with us, including custom camper or merchandise orders, we use your Personal Information to fulfill your order, including communicating with about finalizing and installing your order, creating, building, transporting, and installing your order and providing any other products or merchandize you have purchased. We also use your information to address any customer service issues, complaints, or questions, as well as for our tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
  • We also use Personal Information we collect from you to improve our Website and services, and to ensure the lawful, secure operation of our Website and services.

Tune Outdoor may disclose Personal Information to its parent company, subsidiaries or other corporate affiliates, including, as necessary, to provide additional products or services. If Tune Outdoor engages in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of some or all of its assets, or similar transaction, or takes steps in contemplation of such transactions (e.g., due diligence), Personal Information may be shared or transferred with a new or prospective owner, subject to standard confidentiality obligations with such third parties.  

Disclosure to Analytics and Advertising Partners. Your Personal Information is stored by Tune Outdoor on the servers of the cloud-based data storage providers it engages. Tune Outdoor retains Personal Information for the duration of the user’s business relationship with the company, for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, or for such other period as may be permitted or required by law, which may be indefinitely.

Tune Outdoor takes the privacy of your information seriously.  We use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures and safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of Personal Information. However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us.  Further, it is your responsibility to protect the security of your account and login information.

California Privacy Rights

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide Personal Information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us a calendar year information about the information we shared, if any, with other business for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2023 will receive information regarding 2023 sharing activities, if any).

While Tune Outdoor only uses and discloses your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, if you are a California resident who would like to send a “Shine the Light” request, please send an email message to info@tuneoutdoor.com with “Request for California Privacy Information” on the subject line and the in the body of your message. We will provide the requested information (if any) to you at your e-mail address in response. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
